Balai is a super friendly and fun-loving greyhound that finds the world exciting. Because of his enthusiastic personality, Balai would do best in a home with children nine years old or older. He absolutely loves running after balls and would be so happy for the younger humans in the home to throw them for him! This lively man could go home to a fellow greyhound to show him the ropes of pet life and new routine. Balai loves his people so much and wants to be with them more often than not. He can stay home alone for up to three hours but could likely manage even longer with the right canine companion. Despite his exuberant nature, Balai enjoys the typical greyhound exercise schedule. One or two 20-minute walks each day before settling down for the rest of the day. He might stick his (unusually large) greyhound head in whatever you’re doing, eager to be part of the action. Balai has Pannus, an eye condition which is easily treated with daily eye drops and does not affect his quality of life.
