Chips is an a-peel-ing little potato! It is hard not to fall tater-ly in love with this sweet shy girl. Chips can be a bit hesitant about fast touches and swinging arms, but she LOVES the company of people and will appreciate a gentle pat or ear scritch. She is ready to be your loyal shadow, supervising (and sticking her head into) whatever you’re up to with the utmost curiosity and affection. Chips would thrive in as a solo ‘hound where she can receive you undivided love and attention. Chips is content to be home alone for up to six hours, snoozing away in her bed. Chips would do best in a home where all the little fries are 14 years old or older and understand she is not one for boisterous touches or grabby hands. However, chips would LOVE if the younger humans could play with her with a ball or rope as they are her absolute favourite. Like most greyhounds, Chips is a bit of a couch potato. She would be content with one or two daily 20-minute walks before returning home to snooze in her bed or chew on a treat.
Chips has had some home life experience and done well learning a new aspects of pet life and routine. She has been successfully toilet trained, learnt to walk politely on leash, and is even confident navigating up and down stairs! Her playful smoochy side really blossoms in a home environment where she loves giving face kisses. Chips adores having a small hoard of soft toys on her bed, and enjoys her meals being in puzzles or other forms of enrichment.
You’ll quickly find that Chips warms up into your best spud, and you’ll be cooking up a friend-chip for life!
