Hola foster update | Hola is ready to say adios to the kennels, and hola to her new furever home

Hola has been having a blast in her foster home, living it up as a spoilt well-loved pooch. She has taken a lot of aspects of pet life in her stride, successfully understanding toilet training, meal times, and walking politely on a leash.

Hola has thrived living alongside another greyhound (her foster sister Gretel). They play together wonderfully and Hola is reportedly great about respecting Gretel’s boundaries and comfort zone. Hola’s foster humans have said she is a star when it comes to balancing rough excited play and calm coexistence with another hound.
According to her foster humans you will most often find Hola on a dog bed roaching upside down with her belly on full display and tail furiously wagging. During this heat wave Hola has discovered the joys of having a little paddle pool and would appreciate her future humans having one for her to splash around in.

Hola loves joining her foster humans on any adventure, whether it is a walk or a car ride (she is a car ride enthusiast). Her foster humans have let us know that she loves soaking up all the attention and pats she receives from everyone when out on walks, greeting them all with big helicopter tail wags. Hola has also successfully and politely met other large dogs and greyhounds when out on walks but can be a bit too large and excited for smaller pups.
This cheeky ray of sunshine has a natural knack for training, picking up new words and cues from her foster humans quickly. She has already learnt how to sit on cue!

Her foster humans sum her up as a “cutie that is so loving and affectionate” and we couldn’t agree more. Hola is sure to be a delightful ray of sunshine in her future furever home.
