Maya may take a minute to warm up but once she is comfortable with you, she is a smoochy, playful and affectionate little lady that adores a good scratch or ball throw. Sweet Maya would do best in a home where all humans are nine years old or older and understand she does not appreciate loud noises or grabby hands. Maya is happy with her own company for up to six hours, but most likely could handle full time hours with a canine buddy to keep her company. Like a typical greyhound, Maya is content with one or two daily 20 minute walks by your side before returning home to snuggle up with you. Maya has an eye condition called Pannus, which is treated with daily eye drops.
