This smoocher LOVES to be around his people. Philly is an active boy who loves to politely play with his toys. In fact, Philly thinks having children over nine to join him in his gentle, calm play time would be great! Philly prefers to fly solo and would need to be the only dog in his home. Philly would love to be the dependable friend by your side, but could manage up to six hours alone provided he has food based enrichment.
